1. INTRODUCTION

A multi-family building is a building with more than 3 residential units.

 

2. BASIC TERMS

MODULE 60.

 

It is used to determine the proportions and mutual relations of all elements of the whole. Subordinating the work to the principles of modularity allows to achieve the artistic effect of order, harmony and rhythm. The adopted modular system based on a basic unit measuring 60x60 cm is widely used in construction, and in particular in residential construction. The scope includes interior design issues, construction parameters, ergonomics, and technical conditions. This way, designed buildings, when implemented, give the possibility of using prefabricated structural structures, while finishing the interior, it facilitates standardization of furniture and selection of all finishing elements.

Basic dimensions [cm] being a multiple of the module and their application:

  • 60 - Basic furniture module for building e.g. kitchens, standard dimensions of ceramic tiles 120x60, 60x60, 30x30, 20x20, minimum width of filigree floors.

  • 120 - The minimum width in the light of corridors constituting internal communication in the apartment, the minimum width of the flight of stairs in multi-family buildings.

  • 180 - In a multi-family building, the minimum width in the light of the kitchen walls, in a one-room apartment, the minimum width of the bathroom enabling the installation of a large bathtub.

  • 240 - In a multi-family building, the minimum width in the light of the kitchen walls, in a multi-room apartment; 4 kitchen modules (fridge, worktop, dishwasher, sink, stove) which is the minimum kitchen program; minimum length of filigree ceilings.

  • 300 - Comfortable dimension in the light for the bedroom, 5 kitchen modules (fridge, worktop, dishwasher, sink, worktop, stove).

  • 360 - Comfortable width in the light for the living room, 6 kitchen modules.

  • 420 - The length in the bedroom light combined with the width of 300 gives a dimensional bedroom for 2 persons. over 12 m2. Combined with the 360 ​​width, it provides a comfortable 15 sq m bedroom.

  • 480 - The length in the light of the living room in combination with the width of 360 is the appropriate area of ​​the room above 17 m2, which is a condition that at least one room in the apartment should have an area of ​​not less than 16 m2.

  • 540 - The width of the apartment - 240 +300 (kitchen + room, single bedroom, double bedroom), 180 + 360 (kitchen + room, one-room apartment).

  • 600 - Standard dimension in the axes of the structure, standard span of dense ribbed ceilings.

  • 720 - Maximum span of dense rib ceilings.

  • 780 - Maximum span of filigree ceilings (length dictated by road transport restrictions).

  • 1200 - The maximum applied width of filigree ceiling structures.
